Cabo Plumbing Service

Hot water heater went out. Called Cabo that evening. They were there next day, replaced water heater, updated some connections, and replaced a few connections that were leaking. Pricing was upfront and they did more fixing of old pipes not on quote. Overnight pilot went out (my fault), after struggling to ignite pilot Edgar called after hours on weekend to assist. Pilot was lit, weekend saved, company has my recommendation and respect.

I had to have a new water heater installed and my sump pump was clogged. Called late afternoon on a Friday and he returned my call and came out the same day. He got me going for the weekend and returned Monday to complete the job. Would highly recommend this company. Very personable guy and down to earth. Would absolutely use them again.

We recently had CABO Plumbing Services install a new tub/shower in our home.  We have used them for other plumbing jobs in the past and we have always been very satisfied with their work.  Emilie is always friendly and courteous and gets us on the schedule as soon as possible.  Edgar and Aaron did a great job with the demo and install.  They were professional, very prompt and kept things clean and tidy during the process.  The new tub/shower looks great and we will definitely continue to use CABO Plumbing Services in the future and we highly recommend them!

2 days before a planned trip to visit our Grandchildren, our hot water heater decided to quit working. I called Cabo and talked with Emilee . I told her the problem and she said she would get prices for me and call me back. She called me back within the hour and gave me prices. She stated Edgar could not come that day but could come the next to install. We set it up and Emilee was very sweet and answered all the questions I had for her. When Edgar & Bill showed up the next day to install they were very respectful of our home by putting down tarps from the front door, over the basement steps and all the way to the back room where the water heater was located. They installed the new heater, took away the old and was very nice. I would recommend them.

At 5:30 am on a Friday, I called and left a VM asking them to call me back as we have a plumbing emergency, with no water. At 7:00 am, before they even opened for the day, Edgar Shaff from Cabo called me and told me he would be out today around noon. I was impressed he called me before they had even opened, and hopeful that my plumbing would be fixed before the weekend. Until 9:30 am when my phone rang again, and Emilie Shaff called. She said Edgar had called me this morning without checking his schedule, and that upon checking she found he was booked all day and couldn't come out. I asked if they had weekend hours. She said no. I said that on his word that he would be out today, I didn't call anyone else, and if I can't find anyone on short notice to come out, we're going to be left with no water all weekend. She said there was nothing they could do, he was booked solid. Apparently the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing at Cabo. And apparently giving someone his word that he would be out same-day means nothing. Also, apparently, their first 5 star review was left by the very woman that works there (co-owner?) and broke their agreement with us, leaving us in quite a predicament. And apparently, there is nothing they are willing to do to honor Edgar's word. We won't be calling Cabo again.
