Empty hallways. And no, your luggage will not be at carrell 7A. Yes, I know what your ticket says.nNeed a payphone? You might as well empty out all your coins now and proceed to dump them into a paper shredder. It won't damage the coins, but you'll feel more satisfied with how you spent your time.

All I can say is that I appreciate the bus from O'Hare to South Bend Airport. It saves me from driving in Chicago and I love being able to sleep, look out the window and be comfortable while leaving the driving to those trained to do that. The South Bend Airport is very small so it is just a few steps to the car rental. All the employees have been very helpful and friendly.

Took a friend there to catch a coach USA bus to Chicago. It was early morning and very clean. Did not see any employees around but I did not need them anyways. The location is perfect being at the airport along with the railroad there and greyhound buses.It’s very convenient having all of those transportation options in one place.

Clean and simple. Bathrooms were clean which was nice. South Bend Chocolate cafe had nice coffee and bagels.

Nice safe place to wait for the bus.
