I remember taking this train to Chicago many times as a youngster...my experience as an adult isn't as good as childhood memories. First, the older black woman that works as a conductor needs to be fired. The unnecessary attitude is uncalled for. Cramming everyone in one car when there are 6 cars connected to the train also makes no sense. The train is also ultra dirty.
