The front desk attendant was more worried about eating his taco bell than attending to us. Was not wearing a mask. We got a room with a jet tub. It had dog hair covering it. Like somebody gave their dog a bath and no one cleaned it out. There was men's hair in the shower. At the end of our stay, there was no one to be found to discuss this with. Would not recommend to anyone.

Was on a road trip with my friend, we called a ton of hotels in the area, most required we be 21 to check in. However, the person told me on the phone that we only had to be 18 there. when we got there after a long 10 hour drive, he told us we had to be 21. We stayed anyways because it was 3am and we didn’t have anywhere else to go. plus, we already made a reservation. The man on the phone told me my total was $65, but my card was charged $92. he also said free breakfast was included in our stay, so when we were leaving at 6am to get back on the road, we expected to be able to get food. No breakfast. I wasn’t very impressed by the customer service either, as i went down to fill the ice bucket, i overheard the worker talking gossip about my friend and i and the underage situation to other customers. also, no ice.
Great staff, had to cancel due to covid and they waived cancellation fees.
, I had to scrub the bathroom tub even take a bath best Matt was glued to the bottom of the tub and mold was growing around the sides who was not up and going no breakfast not even granola bars
