TCU Travel

This is the worst credit union in the country. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor service! They took advantage of my elderly father that's worked over 40 years at General Electric. He had a live in nurse steal his money out of his account. I personally paid $1000 on his car payments. He was one payment behind. Keep in mind he has excellent credit, never missed a payment in his life. They had the car repossessed. I had told them, I would personally make the payments. They took the car... I had to pay the car off. They would NOT work with him. A police report was made over the nurse stealing his money. It didn't matter to them. He owned a $40,000 Cadillac XTS, the pay off was $7,500. Of course they wanted to steal the car from my 75 year old father. This bank is not any better than the nurse that was stealing his money. Beware!

TCU Travel is the only travel agent that I go to. I've been choosing TCU Travel for over 21 years. Great customer service.

Most friendly and convenient bank around. More ATM's than any other Bank in South bend! :)
