LUXURY LIT (PartyBus and Event planning)

My husband's retirement party was a really big deal because his career is everything to him, and I really wanted to surprise him with an element of luxury that he'd never forget. I thought a party bus would be just perfect, and indeed it was. The driver arrived right on time and was so punctual getting us to the three destinations that were on our itinerary. The lighting was gorgeous in the bus and it felt like we had our own private VIP room on the road. Everyone really loved the built in bar with cooler. The drinks we mixed ourselves on the bus were better than the expensive ones at the bars!

Nov 1st, I rented through luxury lit party bus for my best friends birthday, WOW!! We had the time of our lives! The driver was very polite and professional!! He showed up on time. The driver even met us at the bus entrance to help us on and off! the bus was BEAUTIFUL! VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE! We felt safe and in good hands! At the end of our event we were not ready to go home, lol the driver made some calls and we were able to pay an extra hour on the spot! It was a night to remember! I had to make sure I got this review in! excellent service! we will be renting again very soon! Thank you so much luxury lit team!

I was never able to actually use this company due to their lack of communication and their overall unprofessionalism. It was highly disappointing considering their rates are reasonable. I do not recommend even contacting them. I spent probably 2 weeks trying to obtain an actual quote and/or contract and never received one; just text messages that told me they needed $200 to hold my date. Why would I send $200 without first receiving some kind of service agreement or contract? I've heard other horror stories about this company as well (someone who sent in deposit and signed an agreement who later was told the rates went up and the company needed more money). When I called and asked if I could stop by to view the party bus I wanted to use, they told me I could not because it was in storage. They could be operating out of someone's home without proper licensure, although that's unclear. Communicating with them was rough, to say the least. Their other reviews on Google also seem like they could be fake...

Awesome experience very luxurious and professional. Our chauffeur was the best. I highly recommend LIT Partybus South Bend satisfaction is guaranteed!!!
