My most recent experience makes me never want to come to this park again. I went to the park on a Friday and my sunglasses fell out of my pocket. I didnt realize it until Saturday but having known someone who works there I was told my sunglasses were located and were placed in the lost and found. I called the office on Monday but was told my sunglasses were no longer in the lost and found and that only employees have access to the locked office where they were located. So that tells me that in only 3 days an employee decided to steal from a paying customer. My $400 PRESCRIPTION sunglasses were stolen from me by an employee. This upsets me to no end. If I came back to the park I would have knowledge that an employee walking around the park that day stole from me at some point. That makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. Hopefully someone will fess up and do the right thing because its not like they'll be able to use them: they're prescription sunglasses! You would think if someone was gonna rummage around in the lost and found and take something that didnt belong to them they could've at least waited a week to see if they were claimed. This is completely classless and not what I would expect from a franchise like the Cubs. I don't know if I'll ever get over this and I've been going to the field since I was a kid.nSince this review I had called into the office. They took my information down and said the general manager would contact me. After a week nobody called me. I called back again and the same oerson in thr office said that the gm called me, no one answered and they left me a voice mail. That was a lie and I never recieved a call or voice mail. Clearly the gm of four winds field doesn't care that employees steal from paying customers.

Pretty awesome stadium. The stadium manager is an amazing guy too!
