McDonald Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation Center

I have injured my shoulder and elbow last October, and I have been coming here to get back to ud83dudcaf % . Mynphysical therapist Pam Powell is amazing!! Her assistant Mallorie is so uplifting and does an amazing job as well. The new assistant Mac is really great too. I know this has been a long journey so far and I have a way to go, but I know I will reach my physical goal in rehabilitating my shoulder with the McDonald physical therapy team in my corner!!

Had an amazing experience! I had a major ankle accident in January, and with Fran and his team's help, I am walking with no limp. I regained all the strength in my calf that had atrophied through inactivity. Tremendously friendly and extremely competent staff. I would go to and recommend any of the therapists on Fran's team. They helped me navigate through a very difficult ankle recovery with straight forward and easy enough progressions of stretching and exercise. Absolutely a great team! Thanks Fran and the whole team! I hope I don't need to go back, but if I ever need Physical therapy for me or my family - I will go to McDonald PT and Sports rehab!

I have had chronic knee issues for over a decade, and I had essentially given up on ever being pain free when performing moderate activities. On a whim, I visited my doctor and expressed my concerns and she referred me to physical therapy. I did not have high hopes at all, but Mike made a massive difference in my quality of life! I would have never expected to feel such a difference from physical therapy alone. I felt listened to by the staff at every step of the way, and I left being able to do way more than I ever thought I could. They could not have been friendlier, and in the midst of a pandemic, they were curtious and receptive at every step of the way.

Mary and Mallory are tremendous! To be honest everyone else I've interacted with here have been great. But I'm truly thankful to Mary and Mallory for their help in my recovery.

I believe that McDonald physical therapy is not only the best physical therapy option around, I believe that McDonald is one of the very best businesses in St. Joe County! Pam evaluated me and took care of my intake. I had Tara as my therapist with the help of Shannon and Mallory. These women fly around. They really help you get back to health and become pain-free super fast. The women up front are super professional efficient and very friendly! Even the therapists that are working with other patients are kind, caring and make you feel welcome. The place is fun, you get stronger and the people obviously love doing the job. 6 stars not available, otherwise......
