Very spacious and nice. My daughter was on her zoom class so i think its great they offer later check out. The staff was all polite and greeted me everytime i saw them

The room was large, comfortable and clean. Having stayed here several times before I visited the area shortly after the stay at home orders were lifted however many safe guards are in place. I understand the safe guards although I think that if the hotel is going reduce their services and amenities the room rates should also be adjusted. Next time I will be sure to look at other options

Halfway through our stay... I thought due to COVID, the rooms would be extra clean. The first room we were in was not the large suite we booked online. Dishes were jammed in dishwasher and still dirty. The second room was still not what we booked and we spent half an hour cleaning. Hadn't looked like housekeeping had done anything in kitchen other than jam all the dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware in dishwasher again. There was a bag of veggies in the freezer and ice. Crumbs and debris in the refrigerator, microwave was never cleaned out. Something red smeared on the kitchen counter and who knows what down the front on the cabinets. The bathroom mirror frame is not clean and stuff down the front of the cabinets there too. The elevator is out of order and our room keys work intermittently. Front desk says the cell phones can demagnitize them. (Haven't heard that before...). The TV has a frame that pops up periodically advertising the TV features as well as freezes up at strange intervals and so we turn it off to reboot. Highly disappointing after our Residence Inn experience in Vancouver last year which was the reason we picked this chain.

Residence Inn is usually a good experience. They have all the amenities, usually. This Residence Inn has a very nice staff. Large parking lot and it's close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. This time I was very disappointed because I specifically asked for a room with an oven. I even called the Ambassador center to ensure the type of room I requested. That didn't happen. While checking I asked about a different room, I was told they were occupied and when they become available, they were already booked through football season. I am going to be here for 6 months, and Marriott can't make changes to accommodate me? I will spend over $20,000 to stay at Residence Inn and one reservation, fir a room with an oven can't be changed and made available to me? Highly disappointing. Even they could bring me a table top oven, that would make a gargantuan difference.
