Holiday Inn Mishawaka - Conference Center

We loved the location because it was away from interstate. Quiet rooms and very clean. The breakfast waitress and staff were very friendly. The pancakes and omelets were delicious. The only thing I missed was the cinnamon roll.

It's clean and comfortable but it's the only holiday inn that I have stayed at that don't have a free breakfast

Excellent!!! Maybe the front desk clerk was very knowledgeable of the area in the hotel very helpful very polite hotel would definitely be clean I would definitely stay there again oh yeah Libby needs a raise hopefully she runs the hotel one day

The bathroom floor was dirty, dried pee. I put towels down to cover bathroom floor. The tub was rusted. Elevators were very slow, I almost thought it was stopped! I got up early & called downstairs to ask what time breakfast started & was told 7am. I went down and started eating, halfway through an older kitchen lady approached me saying “are you part of the hockey group, if not, you do realize that the food is $7.49” I do realize that I should’ve double checked. After that comment, I didn’t feel comfortable and did not finish my meal. The ladies started cleaning around me, making it clear they were annoyed. I got up, paid for my half eaten meal and left. My apologies. My husband booked the room and checked in, as this was supposed to be a relaxing evening for myself. ud83eudd37ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f I won’t suggest or be back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Problems began with reservation, should’ve known there’d be more problems but we were there for a wedding in town, so we didn’t have another choice. We never received a reservation confirmation email. At check in they said we reserved 3 nights, which we didn’t. We explained to the receptionist 2 nights, 2 rooms. Expected the person to fix that mistake but they didn’t. We signed the papers without any explanation of the reservation. Rooms were nice but noticed the drains in the bathroom didn’t work well, toilet clogged first day we were there. Called guest services twice and waited over an hour with still no response. I had to hunt down a cleaning lady and she got us a plunger. The sink and shower in both rooms didn’t drain well and gurgled a lot. We never had our room cleaned or fresh towel service. Again I had to hunt down a cleaning lady to get more toilet paper and towels! We thought we’d enjoy the pool area so we go and there had been 3 birthday parties and the area was a mess! Trash everywhere, balloons still floating around and no pool towels! We told the front desk this and, you guessed it, no response! No towels ever showed up. Plus the kids were left in the pool area with no adult supervision, again we told the desk clerk, again, nothing was done about it. Then we left on our scheduled check out day, like ALL other hotels we’ve stayed at, we left the keys in the room and left. Then the hotel charge appeared on our account. Billed us for 3 nights for both rooms! When called about this the manager was horribly rude and said we should’ve physically checked out and they were billing us for the 3 nights anyway! Plus when we reserved the rooms it was supposed to be at a senior discount, which in the end it wasn’t billed that way. We called corporate, they assured us that it would be fixed and to expect a call from the nasty manager. The call never came! So they debited almost $800 for two nights, which was supposed to be at a senior discount!! I don’t think so. The bride had to go into the hotel and talk with the manager and she did end up getting the senior discount but they wouldn’t budge on the 3 night stay part of the charge. We had no recourse because we NEVER received a confirmation email and NEVER got a physical bill from the hotel! So the bride felt bad about this hotels screw up, which wasn’t her fault, and paid for one of the nights! I’ve NEVER been so disappointed in a hotel....Ever!!!
