The front door staff was absolutely great! Very accommodating and pleasant. They accept cash deposits so you can get it when you check out and don't have to have it being held on your card for 10-14 days. Rooms are well stocked and very clean. I love this place!
This is a clean, no frills IHG property. I'm a long-time IHG member and have stayed at many properties. This one had a comfortable bed; the studio suite was a nice change that provided more room at a very reasonable price. The service would rate a 7/10; check-in was slow because of a computer thing, though the staff were very polite. Overall, an 8/10 stay.
Candlewood Suites is in my opinion one of the top 5 motels that I've ever visited.. The Manager(Ashley) definately knows how to run a business, I had the pleasure of staying there for sometime and got to know management and staff and I just want to say how much of a pleasure it was to meet all of them. The lady who works 3rds named Tammy needs a raise! She went above and beyond to help my husband and I and I can't thank her enough! Very sweet and respectful lady! Nice hotel and room, accidentally booked the wrong hotel but couldn't be happier than that hotel. Definitely the new go to spot anytime we go, I think it's better than the DoubleTree downtown and this hotel is close to all kinds of spots.
