Quick check in process, rooms have been recently renovated, the beds are very comfortable in my opinion. In fact if I was only rating the room on the beds this place gets an A++!!nWhere it lacks is the cleaning service, when we checked in no one mentioned there would be no cleaning service due to Covid. We were racing at a nearby track and we could not wait to come back to a nice clean room and shower. Got back at 8pm and the room was exactly the way we left it. No clean sheets, no towels! When we called the front desk they said they did not have the service because of Covid regulations. I am pretty sure cleanliness is a precautionary measure for not spreading Covid! In addition I asked to have towels brought up and they could not because she was the only one working. Disappointed for sure. It would have been nice for that piece of information to have been shared when making the reservation.
Very clean. Newly renovated. Our room was great. Very comfortable and welcoming.
Extremely clean, new facility. We picked this location because of all the great reviews, specifically to Covid, that were left. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. When we travel and need to stay in South Bend, this will be our Go To.
During the covid scare and cleanliness is being pushed so that we feel safe, we had Cheeto on the floor and ants eating them...an old towel on the back of the door and a bandage. I basically went out and bought some disinfectant wipes and cleaned the room again.... I guess I expected more from other Holiday inn express locations I have visited
