The Domestic Relations Counseling Bureau (DRCB) provides the Courts with the parties' allegations pertaining to a family court case, but does not make decisions regarding the Family. Parties will exaggerate or fabricate information regarding their allegations. Records and observations provided by professionals in the community are utilized to support or refute allegations. The Court makes all decisions regarding the family based on input provided by the parties, their counsel, DRCB observations, and professionals in the community.

The DRCB provides inaccurate reports to the courts. The information given in the reports is not backed by actual evidence. The reports given to the courts includes information that is given verbally from each party. The information is not verified to insure accuracy. They have put children in harmful situation based on inaccurate information. The courts should not be allowed to use these unverified reports in any child custody case!
