I witnessed a worker at the counter be extremely unhelpful and rude to this little old couple who was looking for help with their taxes. When I tried to help them, the worker and her supervisor were extremely rude to me as well and then proceeded to go back to the supervisor's desk and speak rudely about me loud enough that I could hear them. VERY unprofessional. I wouldn't expect a supervisor to feed into gossip and poor customer service that way.
