If 0 stars was an option, that's what FSSA would be receiving at this time. If you're going to require people to use a 30 year old service (fax), you should probably have it functioning properly so documents can be submitted on time, so those of us with benefits who work during your short and limited office hours with no localized office numbers do not risk losing benefits.

The staff were extremely rude to me for no reason. I had a job I was trying to do, and the lady I spoke with used a harsh and abrasive tone to address my questions. Do NOT consult this office for your insurance needs unless you absolutely need to.

Hopefully a better rating will make this more mapable...

I have been waiting on all my benefits for over a month and didnt get them this month yet either I turned in paperwork a little late because it went to a neighbor's mailbox. Two months without it. It seems when your honest about everything to do with your benefits you dont get the help you need. The people that lie get it all.

Honestly, if it wasn’t for the few associates that I’ve spoken to being understanding and nice I’d have given this 0 stars as a rating. It’s really bothersome that a program that’s suppose to help those in need is so incompetent and completely dishonest.
