St. Joseph County VA Clinic

I have a new doctor his name is Doctor Jeffery Eck. This doctor is as good as it will ever get. Five stars is not enough for this pack team to include Trisha, Dr Ecks nurse, and Amy who handles scheduling. They all really care and work well together! Doctor Eck is kind, compassionate listens well, is not rushed, organized, trustworthy, funny, and so many more adjectives I'm not thinking of. He told me he wanted to spend his last five years helping vets. This is the greatest event the VA has ever given me. I use to get so upset when I had an appointment at the VA. Now I'm in very good hands. Doctor Eck is very well organized. Thank you Doctor Eck for providing me with excellence in medical care.

If you must go to the eye clinic at this VA expect to find rude treatment from the receptionist. And to have your scheduled appointment canceled several times for their convince. This is the rudest most inefficient office in the VA.

I can't thank the Audiology staff at the VA Clinic in Mishawaka enough for the quick response and great service they gave my husband. Within 10 minutes they picked up his hearing aid, repaired it and returned it to the car. The staff was courteous and very efficient. Thank you.

Very happy with the VA here in the last few years. So very much better than the VA of the ‘60’s.

I have received nothing but the best of service here. Very Impressed with the professionalism and speedy service!
