During the past snow deposit in the area we needed more trucks with salt or sand on the streets. I used to live in Elkhart county and they put St. Joseph County to shame. Crossing into Michigan or Elkhart county, as I did this past week, their roads were safe and drivable unlike much St. Joseph. With this kind of service i do understand why South Bend schools cancel because of snow so quickly.
