I am writing on behalf of my uncle, Keith Freese, and my father, his co-trustee on my uncle’s trust and my uncle’s deceased daughter’s trust.nnRice & Rice’ fees were very high and their service was terrible. They made commitments and promises and did not follow through to deliver on any of them. From all we can ascertain, they did not even try. They never return phone calls and completely ignore their client once they have collected their exorbitant fees.nnMy father has been forced, after my uncle’s death this week, to turn to another attorney to follow through on both my uncle’s and his daughter’s trust/estate matters.
