I've been a customer for many years and when it comes to taking time to explain insurance coverage and making sure you know exactly what you're signing up for Mike and his staff are amazing! Lisa has so responsive over the years and her dedication to getting the job done is best in class. I'm moving out of state and she took the time to find me an agent that had amazing reviews for me to relocate with ease.......... above and beyond. I'll miss this team and thank them for all they have done for me over the years. If you are looking for an Insurance provider and team to meet all your needs, look no further.

My wife and I worked with Mike while looking for life insurance. We had no idea about the different types of policies, so we really needed help. Mike put this great folder together for us to look through. He sat with us while we looked through it and explained everything. Between his explanation and the folder it made it so easy to pick what was right for us. He wasn’t pushy and answered all of our questions. He was great to work with!

Mike Knorr and his staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. They helped guide me through the Labyrinth of the new Michigan auto policies. Micheal made getting coverage absolutely outstanding. I was able to walk in and get help immediately. Not only was he able to get me the best coverage possible but he tailored it to my life and needs. He does an incredible job of explaining everything along the way. Not only do I know that I am beyond covered, but I feel like I am part of a family. Best insurance experience I have ever had. I will be recommending his office to all of my friends and family.
