Ryan was phenomenal in helping me get the most coverage for my budget. He took the time to understand what my insurance needs were and services that would be most valuable to me like roadside assist. I’ve never used an agency for my insurance before and I would absolutely recommend this one!

It started with an email from Kinsey. She let me know briefly yet concisely that I could save a substantial amount of money on my home owner's insurance if I were to switch my auto insurance over to State Farm and bundle. It was not vague, but rather detailed enough to let me know that Kinsey had actually done some work on this before reaching out to me. I do not like having my time wasted, so this diligence left an impression on me. I reached out to Kinsey and she responded immediately and was able to quickly assure me of the potential savings. When she got back to me with a quote, she put herself in my shoes and made sure she offered me much better coverage than my then current provider was offering at a lower rate than I was then paying. It seemed like a no-brainer. However, being the type to never jump on something without doing my own research, I allowed my current provider an opportunity to beat Kinsey's State Farm offer. They were difficult to get a hold of and the process of gathering my information was tedious and time-consuming. I gave them a deadline. They met it...literally as I pulled into the parking lot to finalize with Kinsey and Donovan. Neither Kinsey or Donovan showed any offense with my desire to compare offers and actually helped walk me through the details. In the end, State Farm's offer was the better offer. Beyond that, it was they that reached out to me, that expressed a desire to save me money while solidifying our business arrangement. They thus had the edge. Kinsey was and remains thoughtful, friendly and diligent. State Farm is lucky to have her on board and I'm grateful they have her. Donovan's candor was refreshing. He was very knowledgeable and at no time made me feel pressured. I honestly believe both he and Kinsey had me and my family's interests in mind and made me feel like I was their only customer during the entire exchange. Once the decision was made, the transfer was quick and easy. Both Kinsey and Donovan have stayed in touch with me and expressed their gratitude which I wholeheartedly reciprocate. I look forward to sitting down again with them soon to see what sort of options I have with life insurance through State Farm. I would recommend them to anybody. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up for one excellent agency.
