HM Remodeling

My typical experience with this industry is at least one or two of the following: not showing up when they say they will, being distracted by other jobs and just not coming for week or so mid-job, price creeping upward significantly, cutting corners. I used HM remodeling to do some of the remodeling of our bathroom with me completing the job after. I am very pleased with the way the work was done. They came when they said, charged what they said, and stayed til the work was done. Additionally, now that I am working behind them on the next phase, I am finding little extras like a bead of caulk here and there that they did not HAVE to do (could have left to me), a piece of trim already installed behind the toilet (tough to do once the toilet is set), priming a section of wall before setting the toilet (we are doing the painting) and adding new valves on the ends of the water lines just to have new equipment to work with. All within the same quote. Pricing is about average for the work done, but they do the work like it was their house. I appreciate this so much after having the opposite experience so commonly. By the way- work was started within 1 week of calling which is also uncommon.

Dave Sipp the owner of HM remodeling is a dishonest man. HM Remodeling remodeled two of our bathrooms. They did not meet a single deadline, every single invoice was wrong and we would have been overcharged had I not caught the mistakes. They also had the audacity to ask us to pay them three weeks before the job was completed. They did not order the shower glass on time which caused the job to be 3-4 weeks late. They never told us that we were responsible to pay the glass supplier separately. Now the paint is peeling on the ceiling and they claim it's due to a roof leak which is a total lie The paint they used on the bathroom door has never cured and is still sticky. I would never use these ripoffs again. I am surprised they are still in business. I highly recommend to stay way from this company.

The remodeling job was done within a week and a half. We had to call Bill back to redo some areas that did not take paint well, as well as a few areas that needed a bit more mud and sanding. Other than that, we are very pleased and happy with the outcome.

Great company with a very professional and knowledgeable staff. I wish I could post my kitchen to it show off! Customer service was extremely high and prices very reasonable. Thank you HM!

Very happy with the quality and service that we received from HM Remodeling. Definitely would recommend them, which we have already twice, and will use again in the future.
