For a small store Noone even said hello. Told my son we'd order from Fanatics.
The employees were very helpful and went the extra mile to reach what I couldn't. Also I loved they had a buy 2 get 1 free deal going on
Good selection of hats when your sport is in season!! Good deals on clearance hats too! Manager is awesome and helpful!
We have been to that mall many times and the time we have not been able to be there we had to call them but the call was backed up so we used the automatic text service they did not respond need to fix this now.
Worker “Timothy” was very rude and not helpful. Walked in explaining I wanted to exchange and was on the phone and ignored me the entire visit. I chose to select a different hat then I intended on getting because he was in the back not attending to me. Even during the checkout process didn’t say a single word to me. Very rude and disappointed as the lady who helped me during my last visit was very nice and helpful.
