They charged me $40 for gel polish on my natural nails. I asked them how much it was and one person told me $40 and one told me $45. $40 for gel on my natural nails?! Every other place only charges around $20! Rip off, but I paid for them anyway. My friend got a full set of acrylic nails and only paid $30, but they didn’t even paint her full nails and they were all different sizes, even though she asked them to fix it. They were not very nice to us, and we gave them no reason to be rude. They were also switching people to do my friends nails! It was weird. I probably won’t be coming back.
My girlfriend WAS a returning customer and the guy was late and rushed the job he did on her nails, only for her nails to start falling off a few days after getting them done. We went up there today to get them redone and they were late again. So instead of waiting around all day for the owners to show up, we walked down to Elite Nails to get my girlfriend's nails done.
Got my nails done for my wedding and 2 fell off from lack of glue, I guess... would never return nor recommend
Love getting my nails done here. Good skill and environment. Fantastic at doing dip and dip ombré with artistic designs.
