Martin's Central Bakery

Unfortunately the cake recipe has seemed to have changed. I use to really enjoy their cake but now it seems like the great flavor has gone. Someone told me they've possibly changed to a recipe that has become gluten free. If true I can appreciate them trying to help those with conditions not tolerant to gluten but should possibly off a gluten free option. Their original recipe was fantastic. We've tried a Kroger and Meijer cakes and we felt were much better tasting.nI know people are saying that there have been times that Martin's has changed too much since the Spartan buy out. I hope they can stay the Martin's we all know and love. We shall see. All the other grocery stores I'm sure would love to have Martin's customers.

Really disappointed in your pcazki's this year. The quality of your pcazki's has really went down. Martin's use to have one of the best. They oozed with filling. I looked forward to them every year. Not so this year! Very little filling. I will be buying them elsewhere.
