Therapist were good but billing department is horrible they kept submitting the claim wrong and it kept getting denied. After two years they somewhat got it correct and I received a bill which was not applied to my deductibles/out of pocket due to the delay I had surgery which maxed this out. Called billing department which is outsourced and they blamed the insurance co which I doubt seeing they took about a month and a half to pay a 90k surgery. Also, I went to a different physical therapy location after surgery and the bill got processed within 3 weeks.
