Dude Jaime or However you spell it’s messed up my hair bad, I’m not a confrontational person so I couldn’t tell her the truth I lied told her I loved it and so did my husband, but i could be bald and he would still like it, anyway she burned my hair bleached the whole dang thing I thought she meant heavy highlights but she did 99% of my head with like 2 chunks of black hair it wasn’t even the color I wanted it was brassy and totally not what I asked for she could’ve told me it would take more than one session to achieve it she just said yes and went on, towards the end idk if she was tired or what but she had a friend “help” her literally a friend a non hair stylist is that even ethical? She had told her co worker that she was just visiting from Texas, who does that and I shoulda just walked out but gave the benefit of the doubt, anyway my head was burning like fumes coming out, she washed my head burned me then cold, I told her it was hot she turned it down like a notch because it was still hottt anyway she toned it a little bit I mean I’m sure it was orange then went straight to brass, asked for a cut Idk lots of bad layers she curled it which was ok then the next day looked at it I was in tears chunks of hair weren’t colored the color was awful and the damage oh my god the damage I got was unbelievable I have never in my life had straw stringy elastic hair I asked her to fix it she said I didn’t leave her salon looking like that and she was going to charge me another 50-60$ already on top of the 150$ which was never agreed I asked for a price and never told me! Very unprofessional she didn’t even give me a quote to what anything was so went in blind I have never paid over 120 and that was at salon rogue which is amazing and I thought it was going to be cheaper anyway she said she felt bad and would then fix it for free but after that who would want to go back? I decided not to, this was a couple of months ago anyway I wouldn’t recommend her very unprofessional then she blocked me, didn’t want to deal with me, horrible experience. I’m sad and here I am a couple months later with still damaged hair and can’t get this Effin bleached brass off I’m stuck with nasty hair and out 150$!!!! So don’t be fooled and tell the truth!
