The ladies that normally work in our branch are very kind and helpful. Today was a completely different crew, they were completely and Unnecessarily rude. I see that you have signs up telling the customers to not be rude, I’m guessing if you would reciprocated kindness you wouldn’t have to have signs up like that!

You deserve NO stars.. answer the phone! You're paid to serve the public.. 54 minute wait time? really? I mailed payment for registration sticker four weeks ago..it's ridiculous. So. I drive expired? Thanks for nothing!

Super unhelpful. If you are going to work with the public everyday you should have people trained to do so.
