We got to know this family when we needed repairs and were impressed at that time. When we were ready to replace our washer and dryer we knew we wanted to deal with them. WE have been impressed with their knowledge of their products and the respect they showed us from the sale to the delivery and set up.

Excellent repair service! They scheduled me in quickly to repair my washing machine. Arrived on time and the repairman was polite and courteous (I didn’t even have to lock up my Mastiff, he didn’t mind my dog at all!) The part had to be ordered, but, thankfully, I was instructed how I could continue to safely use my washer until the part arrived. The part came in quickly and they had me up and running the next business day! Now THAT is great service! I highly recommend them!
