This place is the best. Not only do they have an ever changing and delightful selection to choose from, they also have the most wonderful staff. They are very helpful, and you could talk to them for hours (but don't -- pandemic)!
Surprisingly good prices, given that you can't walk out with a bad bottle. Owners are very helpful and the selection is small but very tight. Good selection of fortified wines, vermouth, and so forth too.
The sweetest people, super knowledgeable with an impeccable selection of wine/beer.

This is a great spot. So easy to stop by quickly to pick up a bottle or to and stay inside to have a glass of beer or wine. They are also cool with well behaved dogs inside as long as you keep them on leash.
