Pit stop before the dunes.
BOB at this visitors center was extremely informative of all of the hiking trails. He is a big credit for the Center for it takes a special human being that's lead by their heart to go out of their way to assist others. IT has nothing to do with THE JOB but everything to do with HUMILITY. Personable, funny and this man listens with more than his ears...He listens with his HEART.
Social distancing practiced. Service inside and outside (in a tent). VERY POLITE STAFF !!
Everyone here is very friendly. Also in case you were curious- the price to visit the national park is free but the state park normally charges a fee but they weren’t collecting a fee when we visited.nnWe visited 3 times in two days and I bought my first National Park Passport Book here. We were given great advice on which trails to try and we were even given a sticker for completing the 3 dune challenge.
