This is a boom town.

A bit over rated if you ask me. I found it really busy and with nothing much to see. They had a nice display of flowers and that was it. It is in the heart of Downtown Portland and only 7 blocks away from the waterfront. But again, not sure if I would tell any tourist coming to Portland that this is a must visit place.

I enjoyed walking around. The buildings are clean and the air was nice and cool.

Nice spot to people watch or meet up. Sometimes they have farmers markets in the summer & harvest.
