Taylor and his employees go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to A+ customer service. I purchased my Whirpool washer in March just after the Pandemic hit. It has been a great washer, but the agitator started running a bit rough. I called Taylor at Affordable Appliances, and he explained in simple terms, that it was probably an easy fix, involving replacing the dogs inside the agitator. He understood my financial situation, and that I shouldn’t have to spend money on an expensive repair. He assured me I could probably fix this myself. I was able to do so for the most part, I purchased the package of plastic dog pieces at Affordable Appliances for a minimal charge; then he walked me through the directions for installation. After several attempts, shared photos, some frustrating phone calls, and with his kind patience and supervision, together and with the help of his employees too we were able to get my washer up and running once again. What sweet relief!nI highly recommend this business to everyone who is looking for good used appliances. Thank you, Taylor! You were a life saver.

Absolutely will buy from the guy again. He was super professional and very cute.!! The dryer works amazing. The best price and he even gives you credit towards a trade in. His dog is so freaking cute and fluffy. I would give him 10 stars if it were possible .♡

Went to Home Depot to purchase a brand new washer and dryer. I just moved and didn’t currently have a washer and dryer so I needed something quick. I eventually settled for the third set I looked at because every other set was back ordered. I was told it’d be delivered by the middle of the week. Then two days later they call and say it’s back ordered and the delivery’s now over a month away. I canceled the order and had to go back to the store to get a refund! I then discovered I’m right down the road from Affordable Appliances. The next day I went to look at washers and dryers. The staff was super helpful and friendly and the washers and dryers looked great. I was able to have them loaded up and within an hour I had them at my house. Not to mention for under half the price I payed for the brand new set that would have took over a month to receive. This business is a lifesaver!

They have reasonably priced used appliances and if you need parts for your old appliances they generally have them friendly people to deal with
