These girls should not be working, they prefer chatting with each other. She gave me a strawless lid, asked for a straw for my macchiato, she just gave me a straw instead of changjng the lid. Then hurried up to chat again. #starbucks
Eva is outstanding! My mom and I are on the road traveling from the east coast, and have had many reputable Starbucks on the way. We got our new favorite, the Coconut Milk Mocha Macchiato with extra whipped cream. This location has made it the best, by far! We would give 10 stars, if we could! Thanks again, Eva!
One of the employees was extremely dismissive and rude, which in turn created an unwelcome atmosphere.
The drinks are ok. Not the best. One lady is very very RUDE! And she is soooooooo slow! I asked for a Carmel Frappuccino and they said they can’t make caramel. I said “ Well it says you can make a caramel Frappuccino because it says on your menu.” So instead I had to get hazelnut 😔
The girl at the counter chatted with her boyfriend and ignored the register while the line grew longer and longer. Finally another girl came off break and took my order. She was not at all friendly. 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee and a less than pleasant experience with the staff.
