Don't do it. I live above the 7th Street Max line. People use Tri-Met because they are 1) poor, 2) can't drive, 3) want to save money, or 4) environmentally concerned. If you are the latter, then you are really stupid. There are a really dangerous people riding with you. They are for the most part mentally ill, but that won't save you from being physically accosted or worse. There are safer ways to save the environment than intentionally exposing yourself to dangerous people. If you think I am overstating this, then just google Tri-Met + murder
