Marquette Trail of Indiana Dunes National Park.nFlat trail of compacted gravel with beautiful views of inter-dunal ponds on South, and sand dunes on North.nParking is poor. Must park at National Park West Beach area, or at Paul H Douglas Nature Center and take 1 mile of surface roads for trail head entrance.nUPDATE-from 3 to 4 stars when I found the parking lot. It is across County Line Road on N. Main St. which is otherwise a dead end.
Beautiful trail along Long Lake. Park of Indiana Dunes National Park.
