Very nice place to go especially if you are looking to have great customer service. The price is worth what you get they have a pool, game room, weight room. They have a laundry room, bar and also it serves hot breakfast and hot meal at night. They have nice bathrooms and beds. They also have chairs that you can sit in to watch TV instead of the beds.
We were originally going to stay in Michigan City at the Baymont by Wyndham. After check in we went to our room and immediately checked out and got a full refund. I have never been so disgusted with a hotel in my life. Regardless, we were able to find this one ( most hotels were booked out for the night) and were pleasantly surprised by how fun the pool room was. The fountain kiddie section was awesome. The kids ( both 3yrs) absolutely loved it. The room was clean, along with the entire hotel. The women working the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. I don’t remember her name, but she deserves recognition. We definitely will be back to this location.
It should be better for all of us wearing a mask in times like this. Nobody of the guests did it except me and my wife!nThe room is OK and the breakfast was good.
Keys to the room and outside doors did not work after one use.... everyone getting locked out of their rooms and from side doors outside. We had to keep getting new ones. They need to update their key cards. Also the beds are very uncomfortable. I'm never going back and I don't recommend. I will be happy to pay more at a better hotel for a better experience.
Only 1 night, but I would come back. Staff was friendly. They have security to ensure safety. Rooms are clean. CLC excepted.
