I brought a handful of reports in to be mailed out like my job has me do here and there and I got nothing but disrespect and hearing the person helping me tell her co-workers she’s got “this mess” to deal with while I’m standing right here just doing as I was told by my manager this isn’t the best way to show kind service. I get it. I have a handful of stuff that needs to be mailed out but my place I work for has brought this here for years and it’s not my fault I have to do this like I said I’m just doing my job. I would appreciate it if they wouldn’t be so dang rude. Makes me never want to go in there again.

The mail will come at 10am one day 5PM the next. Then when our mail lady takes off which alot she does tell me how they can send someone to deliver mail on the very next street but not here instead forced to wait till all banks and etc. Are closed. No matter how much mail you have you are not delivering to no more house just another piece of mail to put in mailbox. The employees here are so much to blame also. No wonder why the post office is facing its demise! They do not work hard nor do they have to remember addresses seriously it's a route they do everyday. You think they would have it down packed by now.

Never had a problem here. Sometimes customers hold up the line with their desire to verbally abuse someone that can't walk away from them but other than that the visits are quick and easy. Staff is great even when under pressure. Thank you.

So rude! The lady has us step to the side to tape our box, but when we came back to the counter she had left. We were standing there waiting for someone to help us and they completely ignored us. We asked the other worker if the her coworker was coming back, and she said in ten minutes. Instead of helping us she decided to ignore us and keep helping other customers who were there after us. We had been there for 15 minutes, yet people who were there after us received service faster. Just ridiculous and unnecessary actions and service.

DO NOT DROP PACKAGES OFF !nMake sure you see a worker scan the shipping label and get a receipt.nIn 2019 they managed to lose 4 packages of mine . Expensive ones I may add.nI dropped items off there very often, at least once a week . 2 packages were dropped off in the pull-up boxes outside and were never scanned by the post office and just somehow ended up lost . The other two were dropped off inside but after hours and never scanned.
