On 5/23, I purchased a 3-month package - $25 per month and I got $5 off months 2 & e because I purchased 3 months at once. I go today to tan and the new owner tells me that my package is expired but then says that they have no record of me ever purchasing anything so she can’t do anything to help me because she isn’t going to “eat the cost”. I then show her my bank account where I paid $65 on 5/23 and magically she says that I only purchased two months on 5/23 and says that I could’ve purchased lotion or something else but there’s no record of that. She was completely unwilling to do anything to resolve the situation, at which point I turned into a total Karen lol. She states she just bought the salon last week and when asked if everyone is just going to get screwed on their packages, SHE SAID YES!!!! Fair warning to anyone who tans here or wants to - be prepared to be treated rudely and unprofessionally and have your money taken without services provided. If you do tan here, I suggest getting something in writing.
Great place with great beds and woth every dime for a gift or for myself. I’ve been getting my mom a tanning package for about the last ten years for Mother’s Day cus it’s perfect time to start tanning. And it’s works great for me and her she loves it there. Clean pros good beds. They have it all.
My normal salon was closed for some reason on Monday and I was greeted by staff and she was helpful and very polite. Thank you for a great tan on my only day off!!
Beds always have good bulbs, and get you dark quick. Great customer service too.
