For starters, the nails are not over two of my real nail completely so you can see a decent amount of my actual nail. The purple coat of paint is not even and feels lumpy and when you look through the tips of the nail it is clearly visible that it is darker in certain spots. Then there’s dried up glue stuck under my actual nail and on the corners of the fake nail stuck to my skin and will not come off. Paid 94 dollars for myself and my niece. This is not worth even 20 dollars. It looks like I bought stick on nails and did it myself.. which I clearly should just stick to that since it’s a lot cheaper and better quality as I don’t have glue closing my nails shut and stuck all over my skin! I went into CiCis for lunch and when I came out they were already closed and I seen the couple drive away so it makes me feel like they were in a rush to finish mine and my nieces nails or they sped off real quick before I could come back and make them fix their mistake I paid way too much money for! Never again will I go here. If you end up in their parking lot after grocery shopping just turn around and drive down the road a little ways toward hamstrom and go to the other nail salon on central. I high recommend anywhere else but here... I really wish I had checked out these other horrible reviews before even walking inside this poor excuse of a nail salon..

half way through my nails, the guy stopped to go smoke a cig and didn’t even tell me. he just got up and left me sitting there. on top of that he charged me $25 more than what price is on the door. terrrrrrile service.

Worst nail experience of my life. Felt very rushed when I was the only customer inside and the quality of my finished nails looks worse than what a toddler can do for my nails. Never going back. Waste of money.

Honestly I didn’t even make it in here and was annoyed. Called and made an appointment the day before for 10:30 like the man said I show up, not open, no phone call. Seriously aggravated and my time was wasted.
