Greg the PT is very unprofessional. I came here 7 months and saw him 4 times only because I requested to see him. This would be a 1 star if everyone else there wasn't nice and hard working. I also have some problems with the way this place is set up. I'll list the pros and cons down below.nnPro's:n1. The Dimple's who I think own this place are very nice. They even hand wrote a card to me after I left.n2. Carol the assistant is probably the most competent assistant I have met and is very nice.nnCon's:n1. I have discussed Gregn2. The set up is a little like a factory where the PT analyzes you and then chucks you to the assistants who keep him updated via computer. A problem with this is I can never talk to a physical therapist about what the plan is. From my perspective it seems like the assistants are making the plan because my rehab plan changed every time I changed assistants. That is severely disconcerting. When I asked them what they thought was wrong the answers also changed.n3. Even though they write the problems in the computer, they don't remember it the next time I see them. If my feet are so numb I can't sleep and don't mention it the next time I visit they won't try to fix it.n4. The receptionist was very pushy about me coming in 2 times a week and even hung up on me when I said I wouldn't. They even hounded me the week of Christmas.n5. I was doing the wrong exercise in front of one of the assistants for 5 months which contributed to my neck pain! I found out only after I switched to Carol and she told me.nnConclusion:nI think with some tweaks to how this is run (and maybe some personnel changes) this could be a great business. However, as is, I can't recommend it.

I came in with what I thought was just pain in my hands due to excessive computer use, and Greg helped me transform my posture and upper body strength to help eliminate the pain. This is fabulous since I am a teacher with potential elearning in the horizon again.

Although cut short due to insurance reasons, my experience at CPT was truly incredible. The office staff was extremely organized, respectful, helpful and always responded in a timely manner. They always went above and beyond to answer and questions I had. Carol, my physical therapist, was truly outstanding! I made such great progress working with her in such a short period of time. She’s so full of knowledge, takes the time to explain every detail, and went out of her way to make a take home plan for me to continue my work since my insurance cut me short on time. On top of that, she has a great personality that makes you feel so comfortable! I can not recommend her, or CPT, enough!

This office is truly a rare find. Up to date, incredibly competent and compassionate staff, lead by an amazing woman. Blessed to have been a patient here!

After a referral from my surgeon-Dr who is a Professor and Head of U of a Chicago medical department, I have found the Chesterton Physical Therapy team to be most effective in resolving my prostate surgery issues. Dr Dimple Singh and her team including Greg, Martha, Leela and especially Tristan Pearman, all have been most astute in providing guidance to resolve and understanding of my problems with empathy for the emotions that accompany but more important have made the process fun. The results for me are very positive with much better than the average speed of progress that the medical experts profile.
