Athletico Physical Therapy - Chesterton

After 2 previous rounds of therapy, I wasn't really looking forward to 6 more weeks. But I must say that I am very pleased with my outcome and that the staff did an outstanding job. Before I started I had shoulder pain almost every day. Now I have pain maybe once every 2 weeks! There is a huge difference and I very highly recommend Chesterton's Athletico. Great atmosphere and very helpful and insightful staff. Being a collegiate runner, summer is our main time to train and I was worried that taking a long break would impact my fitness. I pulled a muscle around the groin area and after it happened for the next week it was hard to stand up let alone move around. Took off a couple of weeks from running and slowly got into walking with a little running interspersed. Still hurt to run a long distance so I thought it would be best to get more direct guidance. My therapist helped me in my recovery by showing me stretching exercises and by using ultrasound. I also learned some valuable exercises that I would be able to do at home.

Very positive and calmly environment. Nice people that work there and very helpful for helping strengthening my leg . Definitly recommend for physical therepy .

Wonderful caring people helped me rehab my partial knee replacement. Jessica at the desk and therapist Stacy Frederickson were all you could ask for.
