Clean, relaxing, great place to go to read a book or grab some breakfast/ lunch.
Such a nice place to walk, or have a picnic. Community events are also held here
Good place to meet family. 3 trains went through in 2 hours.
Visiting Chesterton, Indiana and parked our car facing Thomas Centennial Park which is located in downtown where all the shops are. The Gazebo is very quaint and I could visualize how nice it must be in the summer to visit the park and to attend any festivals the town may have.
Memories! I grew up in Porter in the early 60s and have never forgotten going to see Santa at the park. So happy to see that it's still turned into Santa's village for the holidays.
