Could use a little TLC, as we had a few small issues with our room (mainly that the latch lock was broken but door lock was functional) but the staff was friendly and we had a relaxing stay. Nice that there was very little traffic near the hotel as it was at the end of the road. Unfortunately Covid-19 closed the pool and the continental breakfast, but they did offer a to go breakfast in its place. I've stayed in a few different quality inns and they all seem to have slight problems but nothing that ruins your stay and is a great deal for the money you spend for your stay. I mostly just care about a clean room, a comfy bed and air conditioning/heating and they deliver for a good price! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay.nWe stayed during Covid so the breakfast wasnt great, just a grab bag, but it was nice of them to still provide something!nVery close to the Dunes and historic downtown area.

Great service. The breakfast is grab bags since they can't do a buffet style because of COVID-19. But the room was very clean and just a few minutes away from Indiana State Dunes

We are on a family trip and they know we have an infant, 3 year old and 6 year old with us. They put us on the 3rd floor which is fine but they let us pay and didn't bother to tell us we could not use the elevator. The hotel has plenty of rooms available and is far from booked. We requested a crib and the a**hole employee used the elevator to bring it! We had to carry our stroller up along with the kids! I think they are rude and this hotel was a waste of money.

First room was dirty. Front desk immediately jumped on it and gave us a different room. Second room, water was muddy when we first turned it on and it cleared up after it ran a bit. Bathroom could use updating, good scrubbing and the beds were comfortable. No breakfast, thanks to health dept. Staff was kind. Thankful for Lipton tea bags and coffee!
