Don has a diamond in his neighborhood, which is a big property with a family's lifetime of game tables, hot tub, pool, and other random amenities that his kids enjoyed growing up. Their pool house is pretty big, but lacks any privacy as can be seen on Airbnb.nnThe family also rents out the trailer in the driveway, so bear in mind that you may be sharing the pool and outside resources with others. Also note that there is a STRICT 10PM CURFEW to be indoors and quiet. Don is helpful and friendly, but could be perceived as if he's watching over you while you stay, with a friendly but very large dog.nnIf you're talking the kids to the beach, and you'd like access to a pool, hot tub and entertainment, this is an incredible value for the rate.
Pretty solid place. Spacious with lots to do. Few of the games / tables were a little old / didn't work perfect, but it was a great stay for the money and the hosts were super friendly.
Don was great! He set a fire instantaneously, and was very hospitable!
For rent one room with 4 beds,, we rented for couple days,,inside room has sign saying outside only from 8 am to 10 pm,,,after get dark no lights outside, zero respect for customers,when we cook bbq outside he starts cut grass driving big noise machine, dust grass flys to our bbq,we asked please can you cut later it's not safe for customers, he just continue cutting with headphone on,,no recomend,,thanks,,
