They have done more work in the last couple years than they did the 10 years before that. Nice playground and a lot of the roads have been worked on.
Nice place quite and good people
Forrest oaks is not a nice park they wont even let you move out. Most the people that live here are drug attics with no worth in society. Your forced to stay on a lease even if the trailer you find yourself in is on a tear down list. If they want to tear places down then let people move. Do not make the mistake of renting here. Unless things change , ill always be looking for any excise under the sun to move put or break my own lease.
Getting any kind of communication from the park is RIDICULOUS! Every time you call nobody answers. There's no point in leaving a message because the call NEVER gets returned. Nobody ever seems to be at the office to be able to stop in if nobody answers the phone!
They have some nice homes there but there is also a section where the older run down homes are. So it's like any community around, got it's better side of town and also it's ghetto area.
