I felt very uncomfortable in this nail salon last night. I went in and ask for something super easy to do. I’m not an artist and I could have done it. I got laughed at and told no. I felt like they were laughing at my feet so thanks for making me feel self conscious. Then they talked me into gel polish and didn’t do it. You can’t ask and then not do it. I’m kinda disappointed. I’ve been going there for a long time and after this I don’t feel like going back.

I don’t normally go to this salon but had an appointment in the area on Friday and went. I thought it was nice they took me with short notice and they didn’t have a wait which was good. It looks nice and clean. However, this tech destroyed my fingers. The skin around my nails is throbbing and incredibly painful from being knicked with the tool during my fill. I have little cuts around almost every finger. On top of that the paint job and shape are also awful. They look okay from a distance but up close they are bumpy and sloppy. I’m just hoping I don’t get an infection from all the cuts. I never really leave reviews but want to save someone else from the pain I feel in my fingers right now and it has been 2 days..

I've been going here for a few years now off and on and I've never experienced the disrespect I've personally encountered by the owner. He looked at me twice and never acknowledged me, walked past the first time and still didn't acknowledged me, and there were customers to the right and left of me and the owner asked them what they were getting done and completely skipped over me. I was extremely disappointed and it was very rude for the owner to do that. It showed bad character, unprofessionalism, and in my honest opinion I felt he was discriminating. It's sad because I enjoyed going there and thought they did a good job with my nails but after this I have decided to take my business elsewhere.
