I have never made a complaint or left a negative review anywhere. I had such a bad experience though, and want to warn future clients. I got my hair cut by Taylor, and it was very uneven around my face. I didn’t notice until 4 weeks later when I wore it down. I told her and she said I could come in to quickly fix it, only took 2 minutes. She didn’t trim the growth, just what was uneven. She charged me $20 to fix her mistake, I’ve never heard of having to pay when someone messes up your hair cut. Especially when I paid over $50 for the simple cut. I would not recommend booking an appointment with Taylor, I’ve never had such a bad experience with a stylist.
Started going here a year ago after a salon I always frequented in area just went downhill. Pure is amazing! They always do such a great job and take care of everything. I like the small salon as it feels like a more private experience.

Usually I have a family cut my hair but a friend recommend I go to Pure Beauty and it didn’t disappoint! Amber was phenomenal and she made me feel so comfortable. I needed to have 3 inches taken off because of split ends and she only took off what what necessary to make it healthy again. Thankful to have found a new salon to go to!
Tayler was nice, entertaining, & so knowledgeable about all things hair!! She knew exactly what would look good on my hair (cut, color, style) & did such a good job on my balayage and cut/layers. I could not recommend her or Pure enough!!
