Thank you to Lisa for creating a relaxed atmosphere and a laid-back sales approach! As totally clueless jewelry shoppers, my fiancé and I were pleased (and so relived) when Lisa patiently answered our questions, educated us a bit on the wonders of old jewelry making techniques, and had a nice sense of humor. Rather than making endless uneducated suggestions, she let us browse on our own.... she stopped us only once to show us a piece she'd just gotten in... which turned out to be exactly what we didn't know we were looking for! I recently purchased an engagement ring from Oko. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and overall it was a very pleasant experience! They recommended a person to resize, who was also a pleasure to work with. Highly, highly recommend Oko ud83dude00

I could not love this jewel box of a store more. The owner, Lisa, has the most exquisite taste in jewelry. If your looking for a special gift, something for yourself or engagement jewelry, this is one of the finest places to shop in Portland! Plus, the staff is absolutely delightful!

Jewelry Heaven!! The most unique selection of vintage jewelry in a luscious, dreamy atmosphere. (Seriously, can this place pleeease turn into a speakeasy by night?! So gorgeous!)

At OKO, the owner's passion for extremely unique antique jewelry is so palpable and her attention to details makes for a truly immersive jewelry shopping experience. The staff is kind, helpful, knowledgable, and in no way pushy. As a jewelry retail worker myself, I never hesitate to send couples looking for unique engagement or wedding bands to OKO... or, really anyone, for that matter. They are truly a special destination in Portland.
