They're genuine and focused on their own community. I'm frugal, and I'm stubborn.nnI started intensely researching auto insurance earlier this summer as I was preparing to buy my first car because I wanted to be confident that I wouldn't end up paying more than I really needed to. Once I found a car I was willing to buy, Karla and Lyle got on the phone with me, and they made what would have been an exhausting, indefinite, time-consuming process on my own feel effortless.nnI had no idea how invaluable relying on an insurance agent would be. My perception of anything related to insurance was distrusting. You probably know what I mean. Honestly, I wouldn't have spoken to an agency if I didn't know Karla and Lyle, and I would've suffered for it.nnDon't get me wrong. I am glad I made the effort to learn as much as I could before and after talking to Karla and Lyle. Bridge City Insurance was able to take care of our insurance needs. Lyle Watkins knows his business well. He was able to provide us Life, Auto and Home insurance in one easy to understand session. His follow through is very professional and his staff is very communicative. I highly recommend this agency to anyone.
