I called months ago and booked a block of rooms for my daughter’s wedding. We were not on the same floor. They had one guest who booked for two nights have to move on the second night. They lost one of our guest reservation. Told them that they didn’t show them having a reservation even though the guest hand the information. The money had been taken out of there bank account. They still didn’t give them a room. We were out of our room all day for the wedding came back and are room had not been cleaned, no fresh towels. When I tried to call down for a extra blanket the first night the phone just rang and rang. Went down to the front desk and the lady work was on her personal phone talking. Another guest refrigerator was not working.

Have nothing good to say about this place, I have stayed in the past with my girlfriend, guest services were below average, room service below average, you name it below average. I really hope anyone thinking about staying here doesn’t have a life altering emergency or worst come down with Covid, if you do I promise you that no money will be returned to you, no apologies, no credit towards another stay, anything close to that WILL NOT happen. The customer service for this hotel is terrible and the front desk with the help of the general manager is very under trained and disrespectful. If you want to be treated with disrespect this is the place for you. They have lost all of my business as well as all of my family and friends in the future. I also happen to do a lot of traveling and come to this town quite frequently to see my daughter. It’s a shame that the manager was more concerned about showing her face then being helpful towards a customer. Other options in Valparaiso to stay besides here.
